For many years, working at the heart of hospitality and human capital, I had the privilege of meeting talented individuals from all walks of life—professionals who were dedicated, capable, and deeply committed to excellence.
Yet, behind their achievements, I often saw a recurring pattern: fatigue, disconnection, and untapped potential. Many are trained to perform, but very few are supported to truly become.
This realization led me to a deeper question: What does it take for a human being to truly flourish?
